The Lime Trust believes in recruiting and retaining quality first teachers who put learners first. We pride ourselves on having a proven track record in training excellent practitioners and supporting them in gaining teaching positions. We ensure that all of our trainees are given access to a high quality, purposeful programme that ensures they are equipped to excel in the work place that they progress onto.

How to apply?  

We are now seeking applications from those interested in commencing training in September 2024. We’re looking for people who have (or will have) a degree, have a passion for teaching and want to inspire young people to fulfil their potential. All applications need to be made through the Gov.uk service on the Apply for Teacher Training page: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-teacher-training

Before starting your application, we would recommend that you read the useful information and guidance on the Get into Teaching website https://getintoteaching.education.gov.uk where you can also check your qualifications and learn about funding.
